Laguna is a beautiful family business of the three De Bakker brothers: Ron, Frank and Michel and brother-in-law Chris Kester. Like many other family businesses in the Westland, our roots lie - literally - in tomato cultivation. We have not chosen to go along with the continuous increase in scale. We prefer to make the choice for specialization. For growing a houseplant that is rare in the Netherlands: the Medinilla.

It is a plant that challenges us every day. A bit mysterious, rare and special in shape. When we came into contact with it, our grower's heart skipped a beat: this had to be our product. We are just such a specialist in a select range of seasonal products.
